Over 15 years later, we've grown into a trusted local name, but our values haven't changed. We're still family-run, still local, and still committed to doing every job properly — no shortcuts, no surprises.
Safety and quality sit at the heart of everything we do. Every member of our team is NPTC-qualified, we carry £5 million public liability insurance, and we work to British Standards on every project, domestic or commercial.
Today we serve customers across Shropshire — including Shrewsbury, Telford, Bridgnorth — and into Wolverhampton and the wider West Midlands, available 7 days a week for routine work, with 24/7 emergency storm response.
Our History
TreeTech Shropshire started out as a small, family-run tree surgery business with a single ambition: to bring honest, professional tree care to homeowners across Shropshire and the wider West Midlands. In those early days the work was almost entirely domestic — taking down dangerous garden trees, pruning overgrown specimens, and keeping local hedges neat and safe.
Word spread quickly. Customers valued a team that turned up on time, worked safely, and left the site spotless, and over the years that reputation saw the business grow steadily. Today, more than 15 years on, we carry out work for commercial clients, estate managers, housing associations, schools, and local councils alongside the homeowners we've always served — and our team and equipment have grown to match.
Despite that growth, the family-run values that built the business haven't changed one bit. We still believe in honest advice, fair pricing, and a genuine pride in doing every job properly — whether it's a single garden tree or a full commercial site clearance.
Qualifications & Standards
Every member of our team holds City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 qualifications in tree climbing, aerial rescue, and chainsaw operations. We work to British Standard BS 3998 (tree work recommendations) and BS 5837 (trees in relation to construction). We carry out full risk assessments before every job and hold £5 million public liability insurance. We are also experienced in handling Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) and work within Conservation Areas. If your tree is protected, we will guide you through the local authority application process at no extra cost.
Our Approach
We visit your site, assess the tree, and give you honest advice — including telling you if a tree does not need work. No pressure, no upselling. We recycle 100% of our green waste into woodchip and firewood. Wherever possible, we preserve trees rather than remove them. Every job ends with a full site clearance — branches, woodchip, and debris removed. Your garden is left as we found it. We are available 7 days a week, with 24/7 emergency call-outs for storm damage and hazardous trees.

Based in Bridgnorth, we cover all of Shropshire and the wider West Midlands. Our core service area includes Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Church Stretton, and surrounding villages.
